Quotes
- All quotes are free and without obligation.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- The price quoted is the price you pay unless work scope changes.
- A site visit is required before we quote.
Booking and cancellation
- A job is booked once you confirm in writing.
- Cancel up to 48 hours before, free of charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 25% fee may apply.
- Cancellations on the day: 50% fee may apply.
- If we cancel (weather, illness), we reschedule at no charge.
Site access
- You provide reasonable access to the property.
- You inform us of any hidden cables, pipes, weak roofing, or other hazards.
- We're not responsible for damage caused by conditions you knew about but didn't tell us.
Changes to work
If we find something on the day that materially changes the work, we stop and ring you before doing anything further. No additional costs added to your invoice without your agreement.
Payment
- Domestic jobs under £2,000: payment within 7 days of completion.
- Larger or staged jobs: terms set out in the written quote.
- Commercial customers: 30 days from invoice standard.
Insurance and liability
We hold £5m public liability and full employer's liability insurance. Certificate available on request. Maximum liability for any one claim is limited to the value of the work performed, except where law requires otherwise.
Warranty on work
All work to BS 3998 standards. If you're not happy, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and put it right at no charge.
Law and jurisdiction
Governed by the law of England and Wales.
Effective date: 1 January 2026.
